In the years that I've been racing sanctioned tracks, & street racing when I was younger, I've never had an engine or a car on a dyno. I've only seen one dyno & that was 25 years ago.
Not sure what your point is. It’s a TOOL. If used correctly, you WILL make more power.
The dyno gets blamed for virtually everything under the sun, but a junk car, piss poor tuning, junk chassis, **** converters...none of that ever happens. Just that the dyno is worthless and junk because we don’t “race” them.
We don’t race torque wrenches either, but they are a tool.
