Great story, and sharp car, gonna be a sweet ride when she's done!
I wonder about that radiator though, the inlet and outlet on the same side, I would think that would reduce the effectiveness in that it follows the path of least resistance, instead of flowing through the cooling fins. I have had some in depth conversations with a couple of rad shops of late, and that was something that was mentioned as a potential problem.
