Car parts in the house
When I first started the restoration on the Barracuda I collected all the parts and put them in the house (many were already there).
There was a time in working on the car I needed a place to paint so the living room became my paint booth
Whenever I needed a needed a place to look at parts or work on small assemblies the dining room was used.
When the Barracuda was done I chose to do another car, my 69 CHP Polara.
Nowhere the do an engine we used the dining room, that is the painted hood for the Polara under the blanket.
The engine was even painted right there
The dash went together on the dining room table.
With both cars done and no plans to do another I got back to the remodel that was started before I started the cars.
The finish on the fireplace goes all the way around into the dining room. The space to the right of the fireplace was original open as seen in the previous pictures.
The house is currently work in progress, I can say there are now no parts in the house as with both cars done I have thinned out almost all the spare parts.
