The blue marks most likely indicate the crank is .010 on the rods and mains.

The rods look different because they have been balanced. That is perfectly normal for OE rods to look like that after balancing.

So do they need to be in an certain order. My plan was to just set the crank and rods in the block loosely and cover it with grease till next summer when I get the rest of it together
