Motorola Mark II 3501622 radio. I believe this came out if a 1973 A-body, and am certain it will fit in other model years. Both knobs turn freely and the preset buttons work as they should. One small blem in the plastic, but I think that would polish out. Wire ends are not cut, however somebody tapped onto the red hot wire at one time in its life. I unwrapped the tape to find the wire not cut, just 1/2" of insulation stripped and the extra wire wrapped around th he original. Easy fix. I have no idea if the radio works. $45 shipped in a USPS medium flat rate box.
