Clutch Pressure Plate: 18 spline same as 23?

I bought this Centerforce 18 spline clutch: https://www.summitracing.com/parts/ctf-df810739

Short version, not used but a few hundred miles, but the question is can I just buy a 23 spline disc and use my pressure plate?

I know I need to get the correct throwout bearing.
