A procedural change at the local hard boiled egg factory

Love eggs of all kinds, soft boiled, hard boiled, pickled, over ex. Scrambled arent my favorite...oh fried egg sammich too.


You bet. I cut way back on eggs, many years ago, when my Gramps and Dad were both fighting cholesterol. This of course was a misguided decision, prompted by the media nonsense over "things that are bad for you." Turns out to this day I don't suffer from high cholesterol.

I eat scrambled ones nowadays. One favorite "easy breakfast" is to take previously cooked loose ground beef and throw it and a couple eggs in and stir it up into sort of a hash. I don't use much seasoning in anything, a LITTLE salt and a fair amount of black pepper
