We dont hard boil eggs but hard cook them. Bring to a good boil for a couple minutes, remove from heat, cover and let stand for 15 mins. Yoke doesn't overcook or turn grayish. Wife figured out running cold water over them until they are cold makes them a biotch to peel. Pour off hot water, add cold water if you want, peel soon as they are cool enough to handle.
