Supplies Running Out?

There's a massive lumber shortage since about June, we're trying to build a house and prices have skyrocketed on lumber, added 37,000 to our build cost and a 2.5 month average wait for it.

This can be demand as much as supply. They're buying every single lot that's empty around here, and slapping a house on it.

That said, the economy is poised to do well, but we sold a house for $41k at the end of July. All the online sites are reporting it sold at $65k. That tells me that that the real estate movers are falsely inflating prices to drive demand, and that spells 'BUBBLE'.
