Dual Disc clutch for the slant 6 from Ram.

I have toasted my 10” Police Taxi clutch in about 1000 miles so I know what is Presently available isn’t enough. The Force 9.5 is what Ram has offered to do and I am quite happy about it. Drivability is said to be very good. Going to the strip and dumping the clutch at 3500 or more shouldn’t hurt anything with the Force clutch. The old one at best would burn out and at worst will blow up and take out a lot including the driver.
My slant is at about 220 horses now. I will have a Vortec blower setup installed now that I have efi and that should get me up to around 300 horse. This clutch will cover a lot of applications effectively.

A stock factory 10.5 used to last in a factory 340 for thousands of miles. I swapped a 340 into my 70RR and when discharged in San Diego from the Navy, used it to tow (itself loaded) a 70 Cuda on a trailer full of parts. I'm thinking you just need a heavier 10" setup. A factory 340 was rated at less than 300 and had gobs of torque.
