How do modern cars regulate temperature so well?

My new cars hold the water temperature dead on...in ALL conditions. AC on....110 degrees outside. ...up hills...etc. Temps never vary at all.

I'd love my Cuda to do the same....
What are they doing so different?
I run a small block 318 with an aluminum radiator and electric fans with a Autocoolguy controller.

They design the cooling systems for worst case...

They test Jeeps in Death Valley pulling 5000 lb trailers with the A/C cranked and make sure that they don't overheat... There are signs in Death Valley that warn people to turn off the A/C to keep from overheating the engines for cars even without pulling trailers...

They make sure that the Jeeps can survive with the A/C on.... If you can make it through Death Valley with the A/C on while pulling a 5000 lb trailer, then you should be able to handle any other heat...
