This is a (within reason) type answer to your question...I dont know witch one would be max lower ET in this case i would do the exhaust first but in my way of thinking this is 2 mods. header, dual, but i would never build this way if i was going for performance of any kind because a port cant do its job with the factory cam on intake or exhaust.
Well, headers and duals vs Carb, air cleaner and intake... Of course, we know how we'd all build. I was just thinking along the lines of your post about a 318 2bbl..... would the car move faster with the enhanced induction or enhanced exhaust ???
