Not exactly new but might as well be

Hi guys, I am a member that used to be pretty active. But sadly I sold my 65 Dart wagon a few years back. But I have an opportunity to get another A body at a great price. It’s a 68 Barracuda coup or notch back. I’m kind of concerned about the amount of work and cost. I just want a running project not concerned about looks or authenticity right now. It currently is in Northern California and I’m in So Cal. It has no drive train so I will need to get a motor and trans In it as soon As I can. I rent a house with only street parking and once Covid is over they will start enforcing street cleaning again and I will have to move it across the street once or twice a week. The car seems pretty solid only a little surface rust all the glass is there. It’s sitting on 4 sbp flat tires right now. I haven’t seen the car in person but my brother is in SF and has sent me a few pics which I’ll try to upload here. I like to work on these old cars but am by no means a mechanic. I also have to admit this is not my favorite body style. I prefer the fastback and convertibles of this car. But I love wagons more than anything. Just seeing what you guys think and maybe get some advice. Thanks. Tim
