I sent Laura a message on Facebook. She saw it last night. No answer yet.

Not narry a word. She's seen the message though. So I hate to keep hounding her. Have you tried calling them? That's what I'd do.
Thanks. I haven't decided if I want to purchase a Rev-N-Nator yet (especially if they are having business issues). I saw some posts where people were having trouble getting one last December. I have your standard Mopar orange box and don't have a backup so I was thinking about switching it out. I am having trouble researching who makes the most reliable orange box replacement in this day and age. Thanks for your involvement!

I would just wait until they are back in there stock.
Other boxes to consider would be the FBO Chrome box or an OE Chrysler Chrome box. These are the only 3 I’d use for my regular or S/S cars.

I have one on my Duster that took a dump. I emailed them asking if it could repaired. No reply, zero, zip, nada.

Their stuff is all Made in the USA....but stuff here has slowed too. They are open, just been busy getting their new shop done.

Made in USA or assembled in the USA.......is there a company that make electronic components in the USA?

I think it has a goofy name, but all the reviews I've read are really good. They are on to something, I believe with the product. I hope they aren't having difficulty. I am an old school points man myself, but if I ever do go electronic on anything, I would consider their products.

Yes would like to see them get that back into production again. Could use the American made ECUs for the Mopars.

Talked with Troy many years ago and he was saying they spent quite a few years and a lot of money bringing the Rev-N-Nator to market.

The Revnator uses a more complex triggering strategy than the typical ECU.
There's a summary of the patent in this post at moparts.
Just got the revenator, have a question
Better? That depends on the situation. If you're distributor already has the advance setup to account for the electronics slew, then maybe not.

FBO's unit may have changed over the years, but here's one disection.

Good to be able to see the boards inside the other boxes. Thanks

Maybe a larger company should buy them out.

You would think with today's technology someone could remake a fool proof brain box for the original mopars, even without the rev-limit option.

I have had good luck with Cardone car computers, maybe they could step up to the task. I would buy from them if USA made.

Exactly. You have to sell enough to make a profit.

Laura gave me this response and told me to share it here so here you go.

"Hi Thanks for letting us know! We do have some components but the new 2020 assembly was delayed because of Covid! Our plant was only manufacturing medical items!! We are now finally getting ready for new assemblies!
This year has hit us hard! Hope you can pass this on to the A body forum! We appreciate everyone's patience and understanding!
There will be some great updates on them!
Even more other kool boxes coming out future!

Working our hardest to get new shipment ready to Ship as soon as possible!"

So there you go. Still though, no concrete dates.....but I wish them the best. I think their product is probably a decent one.

Excellent! Thanks Rob and thanks Laura!
