My partner's grandson met us the races close to his home years back & he was bragging on how the E 3 plugs had made his Mustang faster. I told him to get a set for the Dakota & we would try them out. I bet him $10.00 that there would be no difference in the truck. He showed up the next day with the plugs, I made sure that they were correct before installing them. I pulled the plugs in the truck making sure to keep them in order. My partner took the truck up to the lanes & made a pass, the 60' time was .02 slower, along with all of the other incremental times. We agreed to make a second pass on the plugs just to make sure with almost identical results. I pulled the E 3 s, put the other plugs back in, made 2 passes & the truck was back to it's normal consistent times. My partner told his grandson to pay up & he could take the fast plugs home with him. He learned a lesson that cost him $10.00, & I've never let him forget it.
