This car does not have the CAP system, which was not offered or available on any cars in '64 or '65. It was production-tested on a small number of '63s, then it was standard equipment on all California-sold cars newly for '66, then standard equipment on all USA-sold cars newly for '68. What was put on the California cars starting in '64 was not CAP, it was closed crankcase ventilation (crankcase breather ducted to air cleaner instead of just open to atmosphere).
