Stop in for a cup of coffee

So the hokey pos tractor seems to work, dreadfully slow though.
It has a 4 speed russian transmission,need to figure out a shifter, so i can quit moving little levers to figure out what gear goes where.
Bigger tires on it now, with a little grip should help.
