Corghi Wheel Balancer

Anyone ever use a Corghi Balancer?
Bought one at an auction about a year or so ago. Just now have the space for it.
It's an EM 7040 and I can't seem to find a user manual for it.
I've used other balancer's over the years and this one is giving me fits.
I may not have gotten everything I need for it as well.
But, if anyone can help a guy out, I'd love to hear from you.
