What Are You Doing To/With Your Car Today?
Peering up from the proverbial rabbit hole, I finally plugged in my battery in my build. No sparks, no drama. And if course, nothing works. 5 weeks of custom wiring this thing to my own design and nothing works.
Oops, forgot to turn on the master power switch! Now let's try...success! No current draw when all switches off. And things that can be turned on actually work! Hooray!! Will still have to finish front end lights/wiring once the front end is back on the car. But that is after the engine/trans go in.
Now to change out the fuel cell and fuel lines. Don't trust them as car has been sitting for about 8 years. THEN we get to start the engine/trans install.
I really like the Haywire Drag Panel and soft braided wiring loom I'm using. Can hardly see it in the trunk. Easy on the hands to work with too.
I've owned the car now for
11 months and no rumble yet....408 is still patiently waiting.
