Well it’s about damn time.

The great part is that one caller that really gets what my ad is saying. They really want to work on there car and learn about it. Once in a great while I'll get someone to admit the real truth. They're not afraid to take it apart they're just afraid that it won't be back running again when they try and put it back together. But I'm there to say we got this...
That sure as hell describes me, except that I dove in with both feet taking things apart, cleaning, fixing, replacing, etc.....the trouble is that was 20+ years ago. I took lots of photos and have lots of manuals, and of course there is always FABO for help. But, holy crap!!! I've go parts that are bound to go somewhere; I'm just not sure yet where they go:realcrazy:. I am undaunted though. The biggest fear is getting a bunch of stuff re-assembled and installed, only to figure out that I should have done something else way before. Now I have to disassemble and start over.
It really helps my process to develop a process, so to speak. Take it by system...steering, suspension, trans, engine, body, etc. and get things ready to re-assemble. Then, make a list of what to do...scratch 'em off the board in order.
