62 lancer engine swap HELP

You have several problems to solve. Getting the motor to fit is just the beginning. What level of performance are you shooting for? If you aren't racing you can use the MOPAR cast iron360 flywheel. This has lightening holes drilled in it and some Mallory metal inserted to achieve the correct external balance. It isn't recommended for performance applications. Aftermarket companies McCleod, Hays and RAM sell steel flywheels that have a balance weight that you bolt on. I don't know of any Holley brand flywheel but I don't know everything. You need a correct harmonic balancer for the 360. Is your Lancer a manual transmission model? You will be doing some hump mods to get an A833 to fit.
You have exhaust routing, motor mounts and clutch linkage issues to address. A Hydraulic clutch might be the least hassle. Long ago I collected some information about doing a 340, 4speed swap into an early Valiant or Lancer but I don't know where I've got it filed. Long ago Chrysler published a series of performance bulletins and I think they talked a little about making this swap in one bulletin. Tex Smith published a couple books on Mopar hotrods and I think he has some information about this particular arrangement.
Hope this helps some.
Just Ordered his books I found them on eBay
