Damn.....50 years now...

Really? Then you're:

a.) Out of touch with guitarists of the last 50 years
b.) Limited in your exposure to said guitarists.

Ever hear some of the stuff Zappa's guitarists did? How about Vai? How about Satriani? (that list goes on and on). Geez, a 14-year old today can recreate those sounds with ease and have, easily.

Jimi was a pioneer, no doubt, and I am a huge fan. But your statement is just completely out of touch with reality.

Playing with teeth, behind back, etc, etc, is a stage gimmick and has no bearing on the argument. Because those "acts" were performed on stage, and NOT in the studio where he recorded those said sounds in the first place.
So you admit that there's no one person that can do all the things he did on stage? I never said that there were no great (really great) guitarists. I said that no one person could do all the things he did and produce the psychedelic sounds at the same time?? Any great guitarist can maybe reproduce "one" of his sounds/riffs but no one person can reproduce all of his music using the methods he used. I posted examples of my proof:
