My front core support was Swiss cheese on my dart and I stumbled upon the US cartool replacement core. It’s made of 14ga steel and it’s flat. This will move the radiator forward over 3/4” which is a plus for us big block guys.

Here is the support. I am going to be honest with you guys.... USCT has bad customer service. I ordered this $500 part, they said it was in stock and would ship today. A week later..... no tracking. I called and got the run around. Two weeks go by and they still hadn’t shipped. I called again and got some BS about the CNC being broke. It took three weeks to ship. Then when I got the part I was dissatisfied again. The instructions are printed so dark you can’t see the pics. Then the bolt holes don’t line up. I had to cut two flanges back 1/4” to make clearance. I was expecting precision. Not quite the case.

the extra room will be nice. don't know if you have a radiator decided on, but this is a good time to lower the bottom of the support a little, if your using one of the aluminum ones that sits a little tall

14 Ga, that's a real beefy SOB.

Have fun, seems all parts need love, massage, cussing, beers and more cussing followed with more beer and more money thrown at it to get them to work right.

I have the same rig, I don’t think it was 500$ at the time... I ran into a few issues, the corners or the inner fenders didn’t snug in at the top, and the sliding sides to narrow the rad hole left some to be desired. Also have to drill holes for the rad. It’s a nice sturdy piece, but I think something was lost on it. Quite frankly every other USCT piece I got fit like a glove. Torque boxes, frame ties, shock supports, inboard springs... I bought the single lower rad support first, and after how much work it was to get to fit, I bought the whole support thing. Definitely my lowest grade on their stuff. It also removes factory stamping numbers. Don’t get me wrong, it works, but seems hokey vs the rest of their kit
