Just to put a period on this, and let you know how disappointed I am, I decided to get it.
Finally got my winch together and the parts to put it on my trailer.
This car does not have ppwk, I knew this and would get a bill of sale which I was ok with, there is no fender tag, ok not a big deal.
What killed it for me is it does not have a vin tag.
