Proform 850 dialing it in closer

How thick is that radius plate?

just under 1/2" .410"
It looks much larger in the pic because you looking at my green epoxy floor, and it look like it part of the radius plate

Hey Mattax do you have a log with fuel pressure?
Not my own.
I ran cowl mounted mechanical pressure gage when I had delivery issues. After that was solved with a good pump on and new lines, it wasn't something needed to see.
Only exception - and it would have saved me much time - was when caught driving with winter fuel in hot weather.
So tell me what you see............................
All channels using a 5 V reference or supply look noise free.
Also when the o2 fails, the others don't.
So its not the logging function.
There's no battery in the LM2, so if the external power supply cut completely, it should show on all channels.
Could be the molex terminals or internal connections.

later this week I'll see if I can find saved logs with WBO2 dropping out from poor power connection. be curious to see how it looked.
I did figure out which the molex connector the LM2 uses. So we could build our own connector cables.
I'll find those notes later.

Got my flow bench adapter back and installed on my bench.
Calibrated earlier
No need for these water gauges any more

This is sooooo much simpler. and it will record all the data so you don't have to right it down!

Flow adapter and my favorite Epoxy port 360 head on.
flow number were with in a couple of numbers
Meaning that my old data will be comparable with my new bench and electronic gauges.

Sad part is that i got to play with it for sever hours and verify every thing works.
But now i have to pack it up with all the rest that going to my new house.
Had to get this much done now, because my new house don't have any 220 power in the garage.
BUT MY SHOP WILL!!!!!!
May be a while before that.
It was fun getting to play with it for a while. All i wanted to DO!!! Was get my die grinder out...........because i know exactly were i would grind:D
Focus focus!:BangHead: Must Clean out the Garage and finish packing the House:rolleyes:
Maybe i will make one more run after i clean up the port. Heads have been setting for years.:D Shhh don't tell wife........maybe she will just think i'm vacuuming out the truck.......................
Heck, You could be doing side work for people!
Not many benches around here.

My problem is that there ain't many people around here (Wyoming)

It is truly a professional bench now, BUT!
First need to have enough time with it to prove it's repeatability
2nt my head adapter is not like any one else. And i only have the small block pattern(Bolts on like the head to a block) and uses actual head bolts to compress a o-ring.

Nah it's just for my fun.

Would like to see your Data logs that showed the WBo2 drop out!

Got another e-mail back from Innovate and they suggested that i isolate the LM2 with a separate battery.
Which i'm going to try.
It make not get done before the move........and if that happen it may be a while.......
It sure would take NOISE out of the equation!

I actually Have a spare one for the Cuda.
just need a box(got plenty of them) and set it up in the passenger seat floor.

And a cigarette lighter Socket and some wire to plug in the LM2
On one of my trip into town, going to see if i can find one.

Lean poop in high gear.
But Hay! at least it recorded it.
full story later today.
ON the right track but haven't fix the LM-2

"Isolating battery), ran fuel pump, water pump, tps and power for the the LM2
Same problem.
Put every thing back as it was on the car except LM-2
same problem
disconnected tach wire from LM-2 seem to improve, but
same problem.
Removed all the wire from the coil to LM-2 and the the LM-2 Tach ground.
Test drove around the park...
fixed
test drive down the road
fixed
Full throttle stomp thu all 3 gears
You see the resorts in the graph above
Drove back home and it is still working................

Now to put the power and ground from the eng/car battery back to the LM-2 and see what happens.............

Post 162 was with the LM2 sharing grounds between batterys.
163 was every thing back to normal.
Look like I’m going to have to try the filter on the tach signal to the LM2.

Last day at old house/garage
Going to miss that garage. Homeless for a couple days, before we sign in our new? Home.

For some reason my phone will not remove the double pic.

Best I an figure Innovate Motorsport LM2 uses Molex "Mini-fit" connectors. (Terminals are rated for 9 to 13 amps.)
Housings, terminals, and even premade cables are available from the usual places like Mouser, Digi-key etc
Mini-Fit Family Power Connectors - Molex
I was trying to decide how big of a inline fuse to us. And was amazed that the o2 heater only took 3 amps.

Been in my new house a couple of week and the Crazy.....a........is a little less crazy
So i had a minute to order the Tachometer Noise filter.

In Wy it would have taken 3 day to get this part..........ordered it and got it the next day.
The bad part is that my car trailer was full of stuff from my old garage. Now it full of empty boxes and crap that need to go the the dump so i can go back up to Wy and get my car.
Any ways enough whining.
Can't wait to see if this has been the answer for all of these years. with this LM-2
Auto meter Tach filter.JPG

Raceday was today! when up friday to install my tach noise filter.
Got it installed but didn't get a chance to test it. race was canceled do to bad weather
So pulled it out of my buddy garage. loaded it on my trailer and took it home......to its/my new home in Utah.
Cuda had to mark it's New Territory, as it entered its new home.......:steering:

Based on all the love the Ede/Carter carbs are getting on “that” thread....... sounds like you need to get an eBay special and plop one of those on your motor.

Are you kidding me! With the thousands of dollars he has into his "education" via the yr coaching he's in way too deep... LOL...

To find out he could just throw a Street Demon on there or an Edelbrock and it way out perform would make him go bananas..

IIRC, he was screwing with 2 different carbs and changing parts on one of them.

The entire industry should just switch to C/E carbs and bathe in the glow of unmitigated performance, 100 MPG fuel economy and never even turn a screw on them.

Evidently, most of us are too stupid to do the right, easy thing.
