90* oil filter adapter

Can an LA 90* adapter be used on the Magnum motor.
I've read where they use different straight adapter. A guy trashed his Magnum by using an LA straight adapter.
I'm really late asking this as I've already have about 700 miles on my Magnum using the LA 90* adapter. At 200 miles I cut open the oil filter and it look good. No metal. I'm thinking I'm safe but need a little reassurance from you guys with the know. Still learning about the Magnum stuff.

The Jeep listing and the LA listing was the same for the screw in block close nipple. I think your OK. I dont think it went metric.....

No problem. The Magnum block upgrades were to the internals.
