Bit smokey today...

Friend o' mine and I were just talkin' about the smoke and the wine grapes, it's grape pickin' season here. Will the wines have that sought after smokey flavor without putting it in an old burned out barrel? :rolleyes:

I was just reading an article and apparently the wine grapes in NorCal have gotten a smokey flavor. Much to the vintner's dislikes. Time to build that distillery and make some Brandy. :lol:
