That's what I'm looking at too, but wanted to be sure since it's not the greatest layout.
That's definitely on the too hot side of hot.
IMO, that moves makes the temperature issue much more critical. I still don't trust the gauge 100% without a third measurement and even if it's accurate the engine is likely still OK, but I would limit use until it's figured out.
