Just measured them and you are correct they have 3/32nds. I also measured my new ones and they only have 4/32. I bought a size taller but same tire. Also, hoosier does not do a standard 4 digit date code the lists the year and week. You can email them if you want the code on them is x054. I believe they are a 2015 tire. price is obo looking to sell. thanks!
