Did another 700 mile trip today to pick up more of the yard ornaments my wife refinishes, she bought nearly a carload again this time, left the house a bit after 7AM, got home just after 9PM. Been a long day.
LAST!!!!

Helped a friend replace his back window in his old Ford ranger pick up tonight and spent more time goofing off than working.
Had a great time but that's what life is all about helping each other out and enjoying doing the work and just hanging out.
Too bad more people don't think the same way Fred. I had to take my neighbour to hospital again and then after supper I went to pick her back up. She'd been there since 9am. Her husband is legally blind so he can't drive then again a lot of people out there are driving and I'm sure they must be half blind

Some more helpful hints for safe Winter driving. No need to thank me guys

Morning 13... looks like just you and me so far this morning. What's up in your neighbourhood today?
Everything but the sun, so far. Supposed to rain this afternoon, so I'm debating between church, or getting some work done before it rains. Everyone has something for me to do. If/when it does rain, will probably try to burn a brush pile.

What about your part of the world?

Looks like a busy day for you. It'll keep you out of trouble anyway lol.
Going to be another hot humid day. I've got to spend some time on the computer backing things up etc as tomorrow it's going into the shop for a clean-up and add some programs I don't have. Going to try and get out in the Cuda as next week we're supposed to have rain on and off all week not that we don't need it. My wife has done a lot of work weeding in the grass and reseeding so rain is good.
Have a great

Morning guys. Hope everyone has a great day whatever you do.
Here's a handy trick a friend of mine did when he painted his wheels. No taping and trying to get it to stick. Pretty slick I think.

We have a 61x125 ft lot, 1100 sq ft bungalow, built in 1960 with a 24x30 detached garage, paid just around $3600.00 property tax, plus sewer and water is around $100/month, 1 garbage can every 2nd week.
Tags are $80.00 per vehicle, I could get permanent on the Ventura and the Dart, but that would limit the use of them. Insurance is $143.00 for the Ventura and $90.00 for the Dart. My 1990 Bronco is under $600.00 and wife's 2002 Taurus is about $650.00 to insure. The 2004 Grand Marquis I bought a month ago is around $600.00.
I pay 2400.oo a year for insurance on the car and truck.

One of my best friends, he's fun to be around. We live 600 miles apart but his family is here and he visits a lot. He's built a lot of cars and trucks. He's resto-moding a 69 Nova right now.
