Kelly’s 74 Swinger
Hi guys, here is my project. I originally purchased this car for my girlfriend who had to have it.... I’ve had many tire kickers feign interest in buying the car, I got as low as 2500 dollars at one point but now I have decided I like the car and I will turn it into the sweet ride it that I know it can be.
My goal is going to just spruce it up and get it looking good for next spring, it’s immediate needs are a new trunk floor and extension panel on the right side, as well as driver side floor pan. I have had a nightmare trying to ship these parts by truck/barge, I ordered everything I needed from AMS and they were really great....the shipping company however, have really tested my faith in humanity. Long story short is that it’s been almost 3 months, I have no parts and no refund at this point but it’s ok, I have determined this is the residual negativity exercising it’s way out of the car. I’m still trying to source these parts hopefully on the west coast at this time.

This car had an electrical issue and died at a stop light last year, as I was trying to push the car off the street, a fellow helped me push and turned out to be the original owner of this car! He was even driving a new style dart.
