Looks like a mid 70s Corvette air cleaner.
Not 73-4 BB Hp.
Snorkel looks kinda Fordish, but I've never seen one with the tube on the bottom of the snorkel. Lid looks Mopar.

I thought maybe mid 80’s Dodge truck...think maybe that’s what it is. Here is the one on my 84 Dodge 1-ton with a 360 4bbl....it’s a dual snorkel but looks like yours, the lid you have appears to be older though. It’s possible it could be from a 318, or even a Dodge Diplomat or Gran Fury type car?

I posted that I thought it was an '80s Ford product then deleted it. Changed my mind. Then Googled little red truck and '79 Chrysler 300. That's the vibe in me now.

That chrome lid could be little red express with the decal missing....but the base is definetly not LRE....they were also a dual snorkel
