It looks like a old Mallory and a B or RB just because of the length.

Without shaft length measurement and picture of mechanical advance it’s a guess. But the length of the drive shaft *LOOKS* close.

There is very little difference between an RB and B, I don't remember, 3/8? 1/2? In any case I could never tell by looking. You have to get a measurement.
