Looking for opinions on low budget 360 build

Wish I had your dough.... :poke: I've never spent 1500 on a engine in my life! LOL. My "now speedmaster headed 360" is about 1450 but I have a real good set of 360 heads I could sell and redeem about 350 bucks of that bringing it back down close to 1100. Wish I had your dough..
