winter tires mismatching

hey guys

i need ONE new winter tire for the wifes car
she hit something with it and the tire is beyond repair

the tires she has now are weathermaster ST2, and of course they dont make them anymore

now, i really only need one, all the rest have plenty of thread left
BUT the car is an AWD charger

can i put 2 new ones on and 2 older ones?

obviously the thread pattern will differ between the two, but the advertised size will be the same (225/60-18)
 
Take a string or rope (or your wife's sewing tape measure) and measure the circumference. They should all be close. Very close. Put your request in a wanted ad and maybe someone will have what you need.
 
Buy two more winter tires. I had the same deal several years ago on Mark VIII....

I got a want add out for one of the ones that are on there right now

I'll give that a day or two, and if it doesn't pan out I got a lead on a pair of Firestone with 10/32s left for about 100 bucks

Those should last as long as the other two I got now, then in 2028 I can replace all 4 of em
