Having some Captain tonight....thought I would show you my favorite mug my 11 y/o stepson made me (with A little help from his mom and her vinyl cutting machine) he’s a pretty cool dude that I love like my own, his dad passed a few years back so now I get to play “bonus dad”....he was really excited to give it to me, pretty lucky guy I am!

it’s hard to capture it on a round mug but I tried the “panoramic view“ and it didn’t turn out the best but U get the idea LOL

Sipping on some Woodford Reserve Rye while watching a rerun of Jessie's (Still It on You Tube) whiskey tasting on You Tube. He is a hobby distiller and this time got hooked up with a place that is developing a tasting program. Interesting stuff. Because itos the first, not a ton of participation but people from all over the world participating. I was interested because Jessie had a bottle of Cedar Ridge bourbon he was tasting. Oh by the way, he is from New Zealand. Cool dude. I hope to meet him someday.

I just ordered from Ace Spirits a little SW of downtown Minneapolis off 494W. There is also MGM Liquor Warehouse fairly close. We have many liquor outlets here in Iowa but all the liquor comes through the state so selection is limited. Cedar Ridge and Legendary Rye are always good choices.

Good evening, I thought I would hop in here first and try something on you guys and girls.

Tell me what you think this is and what it is for, some will be surprised

Sipping on a Sprite, no hard liquor for me tonight, not even a beer.
Hump day is my day to stay on the hill and enjoy a **** of bourbon on top of a Bud Lite.

This morning as I went out to jump on my Kawasaki to go enjoy breakfast with a couple old farts I play music with , oh ! Beer drinking buds.

What is that? Some kind of decanter?
closs, but no, it is not.
I hit a home run buying it for 5 bucks, I got it home and did some digging and it's worth 3 to 550 dollars, I was surprised what it really is, I thought it was just a normal bell ringer for salvation army or something

So, 66340sedan got very warm, time for bed, let's say tomorrow I will reveal what it is and let others jump in.
Good night everyone

Well, I'll never get to sleep thinking about what it could be. LOL It looks like it is intended to be taken apart with the 'thumb screw' at the end of the handle...
