Just wanted to show off my '74.
Looks small next to the LARC at work. It's coming along nicely. Since getting last year, it's had...
- the shredded vinyl roof removed and body repainted in the original color
- new heater core and carpet
- Magnums and fresh BFGs
- rebuilt power brake booster
- new thermostat and upper/lower hoses
- re-cored radiator
- fresh set of belts
- new plug wires
- new front shocks
- eyeballed front end alignment
I still want/need to...
- replace the flexible brake lines
- detail the interior
- re-dye the headrests
- get all of the gauges lit and working
- replace the front seat belts
- fix the exhaust leak at the driver's side manifold, maybe with headers and duals
...and of course whatever else pops up in the meantime. I like the Magnums, especially against the Tupperware Tan paint, but I'm still tempted to do a set of slotted dish mags with bigs and littles for nostalgia's sake. This is my first Mopar, and I have to say I like how it's turning out.
