323 355 or 373 gears??

I had that message typed up early in the day, and then clicked back on w/o sending it. my bad! Thanks for the call, and looking forward to working with you!

On my car, a 15x8@4.50 bs put the Rally wheel into the upper BJ at anything more than a small suspension change. But my 14x 7.5" wheels with a 3.75"bs just make it without tearing off the balance weights.
IMO a 225 is too narrow, not enough rubber on the road for serious braking. But you can put a 225/60 on a 7.5 wheel no problem.

Got the engine 727 ordered up with Johnny, super helpful and knowledgeable, so far 5 stars! I’ll keep you guys updated when I get it in, can’t wait to see this puppy run!

Talked to Carl at Gerst about his coilover K set up for the front, adjustable coilovers, love that!
Any one use his stuff before?

Same here man- hopefully you can get one of those “hand selected” engines

I’ll Probabaly end up with 325 and 235’s, but I’ll burn through these ones first and see how they do haha

You can have whatever color you want, as long as its black :p. Lol
I'm kidding I can do orange, or blue free of charge too. I do prefer black myself tho

haha u fancy huh

all I want is to have a Transbrake, but it to up shift and down shift in its own, not me manually having to do it- I have enough Manual cars haha

With a Dana 60 and Dr Diff 323, can you still run a TrueTrac Locker? I only see locker for Dana 60 is 35 spline, and from website looks like DD 323 is 29 spline??

275 X 60 x15 on my 68 Barracuda 416.

OK gotcha- so you think Ford 9” or 8 3/4, or do you think my 7 1/4 will handle the 465 HP?’

If I did a Ford 9” or 8 3/4, what would make the it cheaper on install?

One of my concern is I want to keep stock gas tank, I read some forums 60 fits with stock tank in 67’ Cuda, but looks tight to me haha.

A good 8 3/4 will handle that h.p. ''in my opinion'' , the dana 60 will clear ur gas tank by about an inch or hair more , it does on mine .
I run 295 60 d15 treaded slicks ,(29'' tall) ,and dont worry too much about rpm at 70-75 with 3 ;73 gears .--jfyi
the springs have settled and the tire is actually up in the fender well about nan inch now.

I dont move rear ends back /less weight on the rear wheels , I recontoured the front of my fender wells , before the paint and body work , looks like stock if u don k now any better.--------shoulda tubbed it

when going 75 what’s your rpm? Maybe I’ll go 354 gears than

Not for sure , my 52 yr old speedometer bounces so bad its a guess , not real important to me anyway , no tach , watch the handheld occasionally , think it around 3ish .

Forgot , thanks !

I've got a '62 Valiant with 15-inch wheels, a 408, a 727 and a 3.73 8-3/4". The 3.73 is great for street racing (wait! forget I said that!), but the engine sure does buzz on the freeway. I have a 3.55 in my '77 B200 van, and it doesn't rev up nearly as badly. That's all I can offer, FWIW!
