Duplex size shank nuts with open ends?

Anyone come across .74 duplex mag style shank nuts with open ends as required for racing with long wheel studs? Just my .68 shank nuts seem to rattle about in the holes on my autodrags and was wondering about going to the thicker shank.
 
I don't know why you couldn't chuck 'em in a lathe or mill and "fix" them
