I think you're trying to take a photo too close to the emblem. In the second batch of pics, the grass in the background is reasonably well focused but the emblem isn't. Check the settings on your camera/cell phone. Most have a "close-up" feature that will focus well on subject matter that's maybe a foot away. Sometimes I've had good luck backing off the camera to a little more distance and then using the zoom function to get a closer view. Make sure to set the emblem down and hold the camera/phone super still. It takes very little motion to blur an image. Hopefully some of this will get you some nice clear photos.
