THIS is taken from the same digitized 1970 Dodge Challenger Dart Chassis Manual.
And it shows the turn signal flasher location next to the ash tray housing.
I cleaned it up a little so it would be easier to see.
Really don't know what the diagreement is here.
Its in the same on my '67 Barracuda.
Its very hard to see never mind photograph, but now I'm just repeating what's already been said several times.
