The round 223 on the ashtray housing is the turn signal.
There were different versions of the turn signal flasher that I've seen; long, short, and short plastic.
The later ones, short plastic, may have slightly different heating rate to go with the 1157 bulbs and if any sidemarkers flashed with the turn signal. I can't recall my '75 doing that but that doesnt mean much.
