Needle needs paint but clean inside and moves freely. My other one is stuck and a little rustier. I have the other small gauges in same shape as this one and printed circuits.
 
Are you able to take an ohm reading between the two studs? Should read around 20 ohms. If so, your asking price?

Sorry Ben. I deleted a bunch of forgotten posts. Great picture, thanks. $60 is fair. I can mail a check, ask my wife to PayPal you, I think she also does Venmo (whatever that is).
