To answer your question, the 67 has a VIN in the drivers door jam. There is a Fender Tag on the inner fender next to the battery. The 69 has a VIN in the dash right in front of the steering wheel. Same location for the Fender Tag as the 67. That is, if the Fender Tags have not been removed, as they are attached with a couple of sheet metal screws. Looks like a 67-68 hood on the 69. The Sequence Number is stamped into the radiator support and the drivers side trunk drip rail. The Sequence number is the number on the lower line of the Fender Tag at the right side.
