Looks like 4" to bead mount on wheel.". 12 inches wide at sidewall bulge. Tread width is 10". So yes, 10 inch rim width sounds right. I'm surprised they fit this 72 Dart so well. Prob the air shocks, and the smaller overall diameter helps alot.
