Ripped off implies that you spent money, and lost it. If you read ANY of the correspondence, you would see the OP was offered new, upgraded product, and was in contact with the company the entire time, whom never once sent him up the river. That's not being ripped off. Everyone has free speech. Its how you use it that showcases your integrity and intelligence. Made very apparent to anyone reading the thread.
