Yep, once you pop the star washer clip off, the hinges slide right off. For my sons car I drilled thru holes with #40 drill bits, and reinstalled hinges with thin washers and cotter pins thru the holes and vent over. If those star washer clips pop off and the hinges pop off the pins, the hood will **** up up the body
