Good rule of thump is 20 horse for every 10 cfm difference. Not a perfect way, but ballpark

Small Block Head Flow Chart here at post #12, if irc that was before a valve job by prh. Also from what I saw flyfish"s heads were done by shady dell and flow right there with the trickflows.
