I have a 1975 Dodge Dart Sport, with front disc and rear drum brakes. I was driving this past weekend and out the blue my car starts shaking violently (I was doing about 45mph when it started). I managed to get her home safe as at 20-30mph the shake was minimal (but still present). When I got back to the garage I noticed brake fluid had sprayed out of my master cylinder under the hood - I am thinking I have a stuck caliper which was now warped the brake rotor - but any additional help is appreciated as it could be another issue with suspension or ???.

Thanks mopar community.

When you step on the brakes does it pull to one side? Does it shake w/o stepping on the brakes, just going down the road? Or does it shake when only stepping on the brakes? A warped rotor causes no vibration until you step on the brake.

Sounds to me like you are on top of it.
The fluid puking was probably from cooking the fluid.
Best to replace both calipers as well as the rotors.
About $200

To cover all your basics, replace the rubber flex line hoses, too.
Could also be collapsed, internally.

Good call, as if the caliper got hot enough to cook fluid it sure didn’t help the hoses.
