Did your intake come new with the hose nipple hole that you are using alredy at 3/8"? Ours is 1/8 at that far passenger position. You said you didn't have to drill and tap that one? I am sorry to say I traded the intake for an intake with a member here. Looking at your picture, the threaded hole on the right I didn’t touch. Where the temp sender is, I drilled and tapped. I know this is accurate since I do not have a tap for the heater hose.

I don’t know what else to say.
